The Bartscher Slicer 275 Plus is a high-performance oblique slicer designed for professional slicing of deli meats. Featuring a 275 mm blade, built-in knife sharpener and double blade guard.

Large 275 mm blade diameter—offers precise and consistent slicing.
Adjustable slicing thickness from 1 to12 mm, cutting length of 180 mm, and height up to 150 mm
