Delivery & Collection

Delivery on web orders for Ireland is free on all orders over €75 (excluding vat). Our standard delivery charge is €8 (excluding vat). 

We offer a free local delivery service to Eircodes H91,H54 ,H65,H53,H71,H62 with a minimum spend of €50 (excluding vat) per delivery. Please enter your Eircode to check can you avail of this option. 

Orders are dispatched daily with DPD  and An Post. Orders will take between 2-3 days to complete. If there is a discrepancy with our stocks you will be contacted and issued a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice and tracking number.  

Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day. 

Please call regarding the delivery of heavy equipment. Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer's responsibility. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning, or assembling items. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect available from our Galway City store. Simply choose the option at checkout, and you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please wait for the notification before arriving at the store. 

Please make sure all deliveries are checked for damage before signing for them. Claims made for a damaged delivery will not be entertained if not noted with the delivery driver.
