Carriage will have to be paid by consumer when returning any products. Carriage is non-refundable on all orders once a courier label is created this cannot be cancelled and you will incurr the charge. If you avail of free shipping you will be charged the cost of the courier label when you return your order.
Please be aware a restocking charge of 25% will apply to the following:
- Special orders such as large quantities of non-stock items.
- Special orders of heavy-duty equipment such as refrigeration.
