Product Info: Merrychef Oven Cleaner is specially formulated for use in Merrychef combination ovens. The oven cleaner is an effective non-caustic daily cleaner, safe for use in ventless ovens with built-in catalytic elements. It that delivers a great clean, while remaining safe for aluminum surfaces. Ready to use straight from the bottle, and two foaming spray triggers are included. For best results use Merrychef Oven Protector after cleaning (especially when frequently cooking foods with high protein/fat content). The use of any oven cleaning products not recommended by Merrychef could result in damage to the oven and invalidate the product warranty.
