Ideal for fish and chip shops, fast food outlets, cafes and canteens, its stylish, rounded and compact design makes for an attractive display where space is at a premium. With a minimum food holding temperature of 72°C and thermostatic control up to 95°C, the cabinet’s robust stainless steel construction means it’s both hygienic and easy to clean.
