Product Info

The Atosa EBF-03 is a powerful and reliable blast chiller. Complete with an internal food probe it can blast chill up to 10kg and blast freeze up to 5 kg. It has a self closing door with a recessed safety handle and magnetic door gasket to create a perfect seal. It's a compact countertop unit that holds 3 x GN 1/1 pans or 3 x 60 x 40 baking sheets.
